SME innovation prize
James was nominated for the Limburg SME innovation prize 2008, with the new carpet testing machine Quality Maintenance Control. Out of 150 entries, this worldwide unique James innovation was selected by the panel to go to the finals as one of 5 best innovations. The panel consists of the CEO of SenterNovem, a member of the Vebego Group executive board, the chairman of Entrepreneurial Limburg, the president of Industrybank LIOF and the winner of 2007.
On June 1st 2008, the winner was announced during a live television show of L1 (Broadcast Limburg). With pride we let you know we won the second prize!
All finalists have received a detailed panel report. They thought James was a special company with a fresh sense of entrepreneurialism. Our great knowledge managed to impress them, as well as the fact that we carry out so many innovative ideas with only a handful of people.
Even though we did not win, we are pleased with the result. We will continue optimising the use of our unique testing machine QMC-007 to be able to assist you even better in the future.
